Motorhead's 2014 tour, including the O2 Brixton concert, was cancelled due to ongoing, serious health issues with frontman Lemmy Kilmister, specifically stemming from complications with diabetes. Although he worked to recover, doctors advised it was too soon for him to resume the rigors of touring.
