Aerosmith, Spectrum, Philadelphia (US) - 9 oct. 1977

This was my third concert. We went to see Aerosmith, but Styx was much better that night. Styx had just released The Grand Illusion and were about to break big. I think Aerosmith was messed up on heroin or something; they were sloppy. Then some knucklehead threw an M80 on stage and they left early. I think it slightly burnt Joe Perry's hand.

I think Aerosmith was messed up on heroin or ludes it didn't seem their hearts were into the show. Then some stupid idiot piece of crap who was like 5 feet away from me on the floor up front, threw an M80 on stage and Joe Perry said FUCK YOU PHILADELPHIA and they walked off. We beat the living shit out of that jackoff and one guy shoved one of his fire crackers down the front of his pants. they carried him out on a stretcher.
Styx was AMAZING played Come Sail Away and the Grand Illusion so was still a great concert and weed was only 40 bucks for a six finger ounce!
