This chicano rock/norteño band from East Los Angeles had yet to have their hit cover of La Bamba but they were terrific – a revelation. The musicians were David Hidalgo vocal/accordion/guitar, Steve Berlin sax/keyboards, Cesar Rosas vocal/guitar, Conrad Lozano bs guitar, Louie Pérez drums. They played songs from their album How Will The Wolf Survive?
