Joe’s Garage tour, took the bus downtown to catch this show right after getting out of school (9th grade)! This was an experience to see, didn’t know the guitarist at that time was Steve Vai, Frank played my favorite Cosmic Debris and it was funny to watch him act as a conductor on stage!
