Entitled A Concert for the New Year, the programme included Choral Hymns from the Rig Veda (Holst), a selection of traditional carols and A Ceremony of Carols (Britten). Directed by Patricia Hooper, the singers were: Valerie Murray, Janet O’Neill, Patricia Snowdon & Gaynor Lintott sopranos and Clare Pemberton & Paula Lane altos. Harp accompaniment by Fiona Clifton-Walker. Nice.
