Porcupine Tree, 02 Academy, Newcastle Upon Tyne (GB) - Dec 8, 2009

This was my first time seeing the Tree, on what turned out to be their final tour. They were great, but not totally outstanding. They certainly can play, but I wonder if their music lends itself to such venues as the Academy, which used to be the ABC Cinema in Newcastle's Westgate Road. I remember going to see 'Amadeus' there in 1985. Weird, huh? x
